Maximum comfort and perfect fit

In addition to their low weight, the cut protection trousers also offer many details that can make everyday work in the forest and wood much easier. The back of the trousers is made of Pfanner Stretch-Air fabric, which is bi-elastic, quick-drying and extremely breathable. There are ventilation slits with zippers in the back of the knees, and a breathable mesh fabric is used on the waistband of the cut protection trousers. The Pfanner Ventilation cut protection trousers 101761 do not have an internal gaiter for additional ventilation.

The extremely tear-resistant Gladiator fabric

Pfanner Austria is famous for its ultra-robust fabric, which has proven itself in use thousands of times. The front of the cut protection trousers is equipped with the water-repellent, oil and dirt-resistant GLADIATOR fabric, the pre-shaped knees and the inside of the leg ends are additionally reinforced with Kevlar® and contribute significantly to the durability of the trousers. Whether thorn bushes, undergrowth or cutting waste, the front of the protective trousers can handle anything.

The details

In addition to the features of the Pfanner ventilation mentioned above, all the other details make a big difference. The zippers on the side pockets, for example, open upwards, so you can take the jacket off at the same time as opening it and can immediately reach into the pocket without having to reach around. The waistband at the back is extended and protects the kidneys. There are also three robust loops there to which the Pfanner suspenders can be attached. These are completely elastic, textile and have long Velcro fasteners. This means that a perfect fit is always guaranteed. The inner lining of the cut protection trousers is made of high-quality functional fiber, immediately transports moisture away from the body and guarantees a permanently dry feeling.

Although the Pfanner Ventilation cut protection trousers are a real lightweight, no expense has been spared when it comes to safety. The cut protection area is made of six layers of Dyneema® cut protection fabric, one of the market leaders in this field. The fastener is adjusted using a sturdy metal zipper and two locking metal buttons. The folding rule pocket is offset, which means that the ruler passes over the knee when kneeling or sitting, does not poke into the back of the knee and cannot fall out of the pocket. The Pfanner trousers are available in two colors. One is a highly visible red, which can make a significant contribution to safety in the often dark environment in the forest or when arborist is in a tree, and the other is a medium gray tone. Both trousers have black Kevlar® material at the knee and leg ends.

In combination with a Pfanner shirt and a Protos safety helmet, you are perfectly equipped for your work in the forest or in wood. The color combination most often chosen by buyers is red and yellow. The wide selection from Pfanner Austria also allows for many other combinations. The functional shirts and jackets are also available in standard colors such as olive green, gray or navy blue. The Protos helmet can be customized according to the wearer's wishes. But here too, the most common choice is the mix of red and signal yellow.

absolute Nummer 1
